The previous Guinness world record holder in the coffee mosaic category was the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority for The Rocks Aroma Festival in Sydney, Australia in 2009 with 3,604 cups of depicting the Mona Lisa.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest toast mosaic which measured 128.05 m² (1,378.31 ft²) and was achieved by Laura Hadland and with the help of 27 friends at Parr Hall, The Pyramid Centre, Warrington.
The image of Presley is from his movie star days, during the filming Blue Hawaii (1961).
