the longest chain of shoes: more than 10,500 sneakers were tied
together by their laces, heel to toe, measuring a total length of

concert-Balatonfured Guitar Festival sets world record BUDAPEST,
Hungay--Musicians performed for 216 hours continuously at a resort
by Lake Balaton, thereby achieving a world record for the longest
concert by multiple artists, during the Balatonfured
Guitar Festival.
For ten days, day and night, 1,000 musicians in 350
groups of all shapes and sizes lined up to take the stage -- classical
guitarists, jazz, Latin, flamenco and rock musicians all did their
stuff -- the youngest among them just seven years old.

23]Chesapeake Bay,VA,USA--While fishing for bluefish to use as flounder
bait, Leo Olivarez landed a world record spadefish that weighed
9 pounds, 13 ounces.
Leo Olivarez, a utility contractor company supervisor from
Virginia Beach, was fishing around the rocks of the Chesapeake Bay
Bridge-Tunnel's third island.
He was fishing for one species, which he was planning
to use to catch another, when a completely different species hit
his lure. The strike ended up providing him the catch of a lifetime.

who travelled 32,000km (20,000miles) across 12 countries, arrived

of running on a trek around the world that began after the death
